Use our Pavilion for your next event!

Our Pavilion is a beautiful space for your meetings, birthdays, weddings, and all other events.

We have tables and seating already available, a buffet table, and electricity.

Association Members are FREE!

A benefit of being an Association Member is that we have lake frontage available to you, your family, and your friends, on Long Lake!

Long Lake is a 211-acre, all-sports natural lake. With a maximum depth of 41 ft., it is great for swimming and fishing.

Neighborhood Clean-Up Day

  • Spring Cleanup (general pavilion/property cleanup)

  • Primary date: Saturday, April 18

  • Backup (weather)Saturday, April 25


  • Plan: Schedule for the 18th, and if the weather is bad, push to the 25th.

Clean-up days are scheduled in the Spring and Fall. In the Spring, it helps to prepare for all spring and summer festivities. This includes, but is not limited to: mowing, tree trimming. checking for any hazards or safety issues, dock maintenance and planning.

At fall clean up, we ensure that all of our public areas are cleared and prepared for fall and winter. This will include trash removal, cleaning of trees or debris, addressing safety issues, mowing, dock removals, etc.


Annual Meeting

June 6th, 2026 10:00a

The first Saturday in June, all members (new and existing) are invited to the Pavilion to have our annual meeting.

Annual meetings are held to connect with one another, discuss the budget and necessary upgrades, as well as to vote on both major and minor neighborhood items, to include LOA dues.


Neighborhood BBQ

Neighborhood BBQ is a time to gather in the summer.

Winter (January - March)


Spring (April - June)

Saturday, April 4th- Docking fees DUE for all boat owners who docked in 2025. Please sign your Boat Owner Agreement and submit the payments to the treasurer or secretary. Payment and signatures REQUIRED to secure a space. New Members, please let us know if you would like to be placed on the waiting list. 

Spring Cleanup (general pavilion/property cleanup)

May 1st - Association fees DUE for new members only. Returning members may pay at the Annual Meeting.

$40/lot owned.

Saturday, June 6th - Association Annual Meeting - We are prepared to discuss: Constitution amendments, the future use of the lake property, association fees, financial updates, etc. Mark your calendar - final agenda is coming soon.
